“The caretaker, Mr. Jey was fabulous. The house was very clean. All facilities were as described on the website. The Homeowner was very easily accessible and prompt to reply to all queries. We enjoyed the stay.”

“WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. “We stayed at Devinda's place for 4 nights in January. It is located not to far from Colombo with easy access to Southern Expressway and other amenities. It is very clean and located in a very safe area. Devinda communicated with us through out the booking process and leading up to the stay. Also helped us in getting settled. “We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness.
