The room was not inspected. I tried to use the hotel safe when I first arrived, but it was showing low battery. Due to a low battery, the hotel lock did not work the first night. The hotel must perform routine maintenance and replace the battery. On 2nd day, Toilet lights were not working. It was replaced when I came back to the hotel in the evening. Mini bar card was placed, but it was empty.
Reception staff are busy glued to computers all the time, they must be trained to be more attentive.
Hotel Wi-Fi, It keeps disconnecting, takes time to obtain IP from the DHCP server. Had to toggle private MAC option in IOS to obtain the IP.
