“We booked a room with queen beds and got double beds. They shouldn’t advertise queen beds when they only have doubled beds. Air-conditioning not working. Next time I would rather drive further to stay elsewhere.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“The elevator was awful to use. Waiting for the elevator to come down from the second floor took a good 5 minutes because it was stuck. Once we got in, pressed for the 3rd, it went to second with a big jolt and stopped. Then it descended to the parkade. Two other people stepped in. We went up and again it stopped at the second floor with a jolt. The young fella pressed for a different floor and finally we got to our third floor. The second complaint was your parkade.
