“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Beds are nice, pillows good, tvs are really nice, nice shower and bathroom. We had a little bit of trouble trying to figure out the thermostat. It was either hot or cold. You can't just turn it off. Fan is either on or auto, no off. It didn't read the correct temperature. It said it was 25 in the room but it wasn't. So if you turned it down it turned on the AC. So I woke up cold. I should have just set it for the 25 degrees and left it. It was still a nice room.”

“I was in Calgary on business and the hotel allowed me to be in proximity to the things I needed for business and out of the core, near several restaurants after working hours. The room was clean, though the cleaning was sort of hit and miss. I did do some work from my room which may be why they never stopped by. “Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
