“Zimmer schönes Design und sauber. Leider im Souterrain mit kaum Tageslicht. Schade dass das nirgends erwähnt wird. Bad hat nur Glas Schiebetür —> man hört alles und wenn im Bad das Licht brennt ist es nachts zu hell im Zimmer für die andere Person. Lage und Anbindung sehr gut. ”

“checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another.”

“Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients.”

“Nettes Landhotel. Wir hatten ein gutes Dreibettzimmer im OG. Aufgrund der Hitze war es warm, aber immerhin gab es einen Ventilator. Frühstück war lecker. Parken im Hof klappte gut.”
