Guest house a Colonia

“Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.”

“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“This is a self service hotel where you need to receive a code to get into the building 24 hours prior to check in. “Meine Registrierung für 2 Zimmer wurde nicht an das Hotel Weitergeleitet erst nach über 1ner Stunde rumtelefonieren haben wir 2 andere Zimmer bekommen. KATASTROPHE, das überlege ich mir das nächste mal bei Hotels.com zu buchen”

“Non è un hotel vero e proprio, il check in è aperto solo pomeriggio. C’è una stanza nell’edificio al lato dove si va a dormire. Non ci sono altri servizi, neppure il telecomando della tv. ”

“Inhaberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine vielen Fragen wurden alle sehr geduldig beantwortet. Großes Plus ist die fußläufige Nähe zum ZOB und HBF. Umgebung der Unterkunft bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Unternehmung. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. ”
