“We didn’t have running hot water during our stay. The packaged warmed croissants that were served for breakfast one morning were most likely spoiled since the ham tasted sour. Staff were friendly and liked it is pet friendly. the 2 bedroom suites rooms we booked are a good size for a family of 5-6. We thought the sofa in the living room though was a pull out bed but it was not. the kitchen fridge kept our food cold. The 2 bedroom suite rooms only had 1 bathroom. wished it had 2 bathrooms .”

“The pool had a bunch of ants and bugs around and in it. the bathtub was not clean the chair in the room was dusty the paint was chipped on the walls and the shower was rusty More food options for room service would be nice every time I went to the front desk the staff were speaking amongst themselves and took a while to greet or service you fruit in the snack shop should be replaced”

“Although clean and friendly , there is no microwave fridge or groceries within walking distance”

“The back door does not lock and the views give crack head vibes. The front desk staff appears nice but it does not make up for the dusty, dated, broken facilities, loud overhead lights in the hallway, no smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms, etc It’s a Motel..A Nasty Motel”

“I really enjoyed this property. The room was perfect, the gym had a Peleton (which I love) and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything nice, new and clean. The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me. The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. I confirmed everything about the reservation (MY name on the booking, how I booked, etc) I told him that I my wallet was in the room, but I had a...

“Not what I expected from the reviews. The a/c in my room didn’t work it was hot I called the front desk asked for another room was told no and basically deal it because there was nothing that could be done breakfast the bagels were so hard. Probably won’t ever stay here again”

“Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay as it was unclear to me during reservations which Hampton Inn & Suites I was reserving. I needed to be at the location, also near/on St. Charles St, that is closer to Bourbon St (French Quarter/Downtown). I had hoped to transfer my reservation but couldn't. Hampton Inn may want to improve their description of the property location to make it more obvious where the building is to people unfamiliar with New Orleans”
