“Staff member gave away my room after calling me and asking if I needed the room I reserved. We were traveling for work and they only gave us one bed. ”

“Average hotel. Smelled off. Bathroom shower floor was disgusting. Bed was near broken. Ok place for a one night stay nothing more than that”

“No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—”

“Don’t accept a room next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. The sound of the elevator is loud and disturbing. I was on the first floor and you hear lots of talking from the lobby. ”

“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“Bar and staff were great! Great area to stay near Loyola and St. Charles. Rooms are a little small. ”

“The property is beautifully designed and very posh, but unfortunately the window shades don’t block out the exterior lighting at night, and the street noise is quite overwhelming.”

“Great location near trolley on St. Charles and shops/restaurants on Magazine, yet in an overall quiet location. Staff was super accomodating.”

“This place definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets in the room were extremely outdated and dingy. The employee that checked me in told me one thing for a price to add my dog, and charged way more. I was never told about the $20 parking fee, but was definitely charged it on my card. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad. ”

“This was better than expected. Clean rooms, quiet at night, excellent staff. The location was perfect! Close to major streets. The cherry on top were the free breakfasts and dinners every night, including three free drinks per person per night. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience. ”
