“The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use.
The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

“Lovely hotel. Super friendly staff. The best part was the shower. Super hot water, fantastic water pressure. A decent shower is surprisingly rare in hotels. Please dont ever change a thing. I'll definitely consider returning.”

“Very clean room, great breakfast, staff was really nice. The only thing I would try to change is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke when you enter the building. I know it’s smoke free but the building still smelled liked it in the entrance area. The rest of the building was good. ”

“The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room.
