“The grounds of the park were very clean, and the community hub was a great perk! However, the AC in the airstream could not keep up with the heat which meant that we couldn’t spend any of the day inside the space that we paid for. It is unfortunate when the price is not cheap and we had to leave because it got unbearably hot. Also, the hot water heater did not work and there was no water pressure so a shower inside of the airstream was impossible. They do provide community showers which is...

“Everything at BV overlook was awesome. WiFi was kind of spotty tho. Which if you’re going there to get away from technology is probably a great thing. However, if you’re there traveling due to work and need strong and reliable Wi-Fi access, it might be a consideration. Otherwise, A+!”

“On a scale of one to 10 we would give this place a 12! It was amazing! Jessica and Jacob were very welcoming. The bed in our tent was luxurious and the water tank was excellent for cooling off on a hot day. We are already planning to come back again and spend at least two or more days. It was too hot to have an outdoor fire, but we would have loved to. Next time for sure!”

“Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.”
