“This property is excellent for our needs. It is located right on 285 so we did not have to worry about snow on the mountain roads. We noticed that the inside decor has been changed up. Nice touch for us since we have stayed multiple times. Thanks for the new privacy blinds. It is a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. Will book again.”

“My fiancé and I stayed there after a business trip in Colorado, it was lovely. The space was clean and cozy. We went while it was snowing, the views were amazing & the heater worked great lol! The owner was quick to respond & very nice! My only complaint is that the dryer didn’t work well and I had to hang my clothes to dry, but that wasn’t a big deal to me. Overall, it was such a great place to stay & we would absolutely come back. ”

“Property is a nightmare. Plumbing is a know issue throughout the house. Jugs of drinking water are provided. It has too much furniture to move around. Closets and drawers are so full there is nowhere to put your stuff. It sits 30 feet off the main highway and that is not clear in the pictures. Plumbing was so bad, management had to move us after the first night off the mountain, 20 minutes into Salida. Management did work hard to make it right, but the property is not recommended. ”
