Cottage a Colorado Centrale

“It is a very cute little place. Perfect for our stay. The cinnamon rolls were GREAT! How thoughtful! Thank you. We will definitely stay there again.”

“Everything with the stay was great. Hosts were very responsive. The house was perfect!”

“Lovely place! I would definitely go there again. Views of the mountains and evergreens are superb!”

“This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!”

“The property had a magnificent Mountain View. The place itself was spotless right extremely clean. The place itself was very very clean. and it is very secluded for your own privacy. The owner of the property has done a magnificent job with the cottage and with all she does on her own property. If we return to that area, we will definitely be staying there again.”

“Dorothy and Steve were amazing hosts. They were very attentive to any asks. Provided tips for places to go and things to do. The property was amazing. Mountain views were beautiful. The tiny home had everything imaginable. Nothing forgotten. Kitchen was stocked with the best of the best dishes and pots and pans. The washer and dryer unit was perfect. It was a perfect stay. The scones were so yummy and the fresh eggs were awesome. Dorothy even gave us some scones for the long trip...

“Great place close to the great sand dunes. Definitely recommend for a unique and fun stay.”

“Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to get away with a great host! She checked in on us frequently and made sure things were smooth. Would definitely book again!”

“Very cool property, beautiful creek. We enjoyed ourselves. The propane grill was handy, and check in and out were very easy ”

“Absolutely great accommodations in a very beautiful and convenient area. Check in was seemless and easy.”

“Katrina was a wonderful host. What a beautiful place. The gentle animals and peaceful surroundings were a soothing balm.”

“Great little spot! I thought the apartment was nicer than it looked in the pics. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice.”

“It was fairly small. I had to utilize the laundry room to put my luggage in. Also it was difficult to figure out how to work the TV,All in all, it was a cute place to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child.”

“The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the purple hobbit house! Property is clean and easy to access. You really don’t notice the guests in the blue house unless you happen to be coming and going at the same time. 20 minutes to surrounding hikes and one hour easy drive to the Sand Dunes. Rented boards at the shop right outside of entry to dunes. Locals are friendly and restaurants good, just pay attention to the hours. We did not use the sauna, we did use the hot tub daily! We attempted the propane fire pit one...
