Resort a Colorado Centrale

“Overall, it’s a was a nice hotel and the staff was very professional. They had a welcome note, 1/4 bottle of wine and charcuterie plate for our anniversary - nice touch. The pool stays heated as needed to swim year round. Sheps and Campers have some nice on site food options. Room was clean and looked recently renovated with signs of wear (not keeping up with paint chipping, carpet stains). The toilet wouldn’t flush the first time for some reason. “We didn't want valet parking and there was no other choice. Valet parking was Very expensive. Some of the valet guys were rude. We used the shuttle app and when we requested a ride, the driver kept saying he was there and was not! Very frustrating. We were on the 8th floor and you had to take 2 elevators. No microwave s in the room. Only ice machine was on the 5 th floor. 1st day, fire 🔥 alarm went off at 7 am, some idiot was smoking in the room.”

“Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo.
