Bright and Inviting Space- Great Location!

Come and stay in this recently renovated space in the charming Old North End! Lovingly called the "Fox Den" this basement apartment features art from local artists and feels warm and inviting.

We are in walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, bars and parks. You'll be close to both the mountains and the trendy downtown area.

Note: Most of the living space has 6'4 ceilings however, there are shorter spots that are 5' 10 and the shower is quite short, at 5'9. Please aware of this when booking.

Colorado Springs stay

I’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO. This place was the perfect place to see gardens of the gods and Pikes Peak. There are also many restaurants and pubs close by.

Great place!

I was very pleased with my stay. The property was just what i expected from the listing. It was very clean. Property owners were pleasant and helpful and had a nice binder with recommendations of different things to do. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Charming!

The stay at Katie's proved to be comfortable and fun. The apartment was cute and well appointed. A nice refuge to return to after a long day of meetings. Extremely comfy bed. We especially liked the neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, and an adorable little restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Little Place

We came into town for a week for a friend’s wedding — this place was perfect for the two of us. It’s worth mentioning that the ceilings are very low, but if you aren’t taller than maybe 5’9 or so, you’ll be more than comfortable. This property is cozy as could be and had absolutely everything we needed. Would absolutely come back again and recommend anyone to book!

Love the Fox Den

The property was well appointed and good use of space. It very clean and was perfect for the quick stay. Close to Colorado College and shopping areas. If there was the miniest of washer dryer in the unit then a longer stay would be perfect. Thank you Katie for being flexible on the early departure. Great stay and comfy bed!

Cozy and Cute!!!

If you are looking for a clean, cute & comfortable place to stay this is for you! Our family of four recently stayed here! The location was great! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft and cozy! The kitchen had all that we needed to make breakfast every morning! The décor and furnishings were very nice! Towels were soft and fluffy! The owners did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Our experience was great. owner reached out and explained there is a family living above you to ensure we understood there could be pitter patter of little feet. It was hardly noticable. Owner was very helpful. Overall a good affordable place to stay.

Clean, welcoming space!

Check in was very easy, and the place was immaculately clean. The bed and couch were both very comfortable. My partner and I were able to prepare a very fun dinner using the kitchen. Katie was very friendly over communication and has a very cute dog! The location is in a nice area. It’s a little bit of a walk to go places, but the area is pleasant to walk through and if you’re really opposed, ubers are abundant as well.
