A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Garden of the Gods (parco) e Cave of the Winds (grotta). Absolutely stunning home in a wonderful location. The drive to anywhere you want to go is beautiful.About 15 minutes from Old Colorado part of town, and scenic all the way.

AMAZING VACATION SPIT!

We were very pleased with our selection in vacation rentals on our trip to Colorado Springs. This house was located perfectly between Woodland Park and Colorado Springs. We were able to get to many small, quaint towns within minutes of each other. It sets nestled a top a hill with beautiful views of the pine trees, wildlife and Pikes Peak.

Perfect place nearby town, but not in town

Could not have asked for a better place to stay upon entering Colorado. Everything was perfectly clean, and although we did not use the hot tub, the outside area was great for sitting and watching nature.

This place is nestled in the mountains with a fantastic view! The hot tub was just what I needed after a long 10hr road trip with a toddler. Close to many scenic tourist attractions. If I come back to Colorado again in the future I will be checking this place again for availability!

We had a great time at this little spot! We were traveling with our immediate family of four, who is very close. I wouldn't recommend sharing a bathroom that's in a bedroom with people you are not super close to, but it was perfect for us. The kitchen was easy to cook in. We loved soaking in the hot tub after long days of checking out all the sights. The living room was super cozy and perfect for game night. We even saw the cutest bear walking around! The beds were comfortable and our youngest loved the tiny bedroom in the walk-in closet. She hung up all her clothes and sorted all her treasures. The house is super close to a ton of the attractions but feels like its way in the woods. We had a great time in Colorado, and this house was perfect for us.

Okay, but awkward

Some of this is on me, and I will own that, but I was not aware that the owners would be right above us or whole stay. Coming for our anniversary, it made things really awkward, and we felt like we couldn't use all the amenities like the hot tub when they could see us right out their window. They also had a baby, so we felt like we had to even watch what we watched or said. Finally, they left at one point, and their dog lost its mind. It was barking for 30 mins straight. The owners seemed nice and all, I just don't think people should have locations like this on VRBO. Take it for what it's worth.

Wonderful stay!

We traveled for our anniversary and this location was a wonderful retreat! The property is exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed being in the mountains but also close enough to great restaurants and Pikes Peak attractions. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Loved the area and the downstairs was great for our needs. Some highway noise when outside but you could not hear from inside or while in the hot tub .

Great property

Very well maintained house and kept very clean. Well stocked kitchen with great appliances, utensils and some supplies as well. We didn't spend much time at the house except at night, as we were mostly exploring Colorado Springs area. Can easily reach most of the area attractions. House better suited for families with small kids as the single bathroom is located within master bedroom.

Perfect location

Stayed 3 nights with spouse and 2 young children. Indoors all amenities are beautiful, the lack of privacy with the shower/location of bathroom were not a big deal with 2 young children, but could definitely could see where it could be an issue as there is no privacy within the master bedroom. Outdoors was gorgeous with spectacular views, however the pictures are slightly misleading with the firepit area as weeds and grass have overgrown that entire area - can tell the landscaping of area has been neglected. Not a huge deal, but felt that area wasn't usable due to overgrowth of weeds. It is close to the highway, and you do get a quite a bit of highway noise, but the view and location of the area surpass the noise. We saw a bear 4 times during our stay, one early morning it was right outside the kitchen window. Overall though, beautiful location, so close to SO many things to do. Never saw home during our stay.

Very lovely property

My family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is amazing and super equipped. The apart is finished to a very high standard and is very cozy. One issue worth noting is that the shower is exposed to the bed room. So, for privacy, when someone is showering the bedroom is harder to access. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with certain groups. But the shower is amazing and lovely. I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable. It is located right off of 24, so it is easy to access. This provides easy access to Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, and the nearby grocery store. The only downside to this is the road noise at certain times of the day. But for easy access, it is well worth a little noise. Lovely place. Would stay again.

Great location & property

Lovely home that worked well for 3 friends on a girls trip. Pictures don’t do it justice. Fire pit was great for s’mores, front porch perfect for morning coffee with a view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and with linens. Coffee provided, as well as shampoo and soap. The pictures don’t show it, but the master bedroom has blinds that come down for privacy with the sliding door to back patio. The only downside: you can hear EVERY footstep property owner made at all hours above us. Could also hear their music.. For light sleepers I strongly suggest ear plugs.

The perfect location

The property was more than perfect. The house is located in an amazing location that gives a great view out the front door. We managed to visit Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain, and Seven Falls and everything was less than a 15 minute drive. Great central location if you're looking to spend your time hiking. The house itself is very nice. Everything you could need is available in the home and we were able to pick up groceries and cook dinner with no issues. The only issue I can think of is that we had trouble with cell service in the house, however wifi is available so it's not a major issue. This place is excellent for a weekend get away in nature.

Great place/location to visit all the local attractions

We had a fantastic trip and the property was great for our family. The location of the property is perfect, you're 15 minutes or less from all the popular attractions, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, etc. The entrance to Pikes Peak is literally 5 minutes away, so that was great! The kitchen is really great, updated and has all the appliances you need for a short vacation. The view is spectacular, I really enjoyed my cup of coffee and view of the mountains. The only negatives I would say about the property would be that the only bathroom is in the master bedroom and is open to the room. Also, you do get a bit of road noise when you're outside, but that should be expected based on the proximity to local attractions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for proximity to any of the local attractions, you can't beat it.
