Questa casa di montagna si trova su 30 splendidi boschi di ettari appena a sud di Hwy 24. Si trova in cima a una collina sopra la ferrovia abbandonata del Colorado Midland dal 1800. Immerso nei pini, si affaccia su un ruscello con numerosi stagni di castori e visitando la fauna selvatica. Sentite la completa privacy senza altre case in vista e un facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni locali. Vicino alla pesca a mosca di classe mondiale a Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile Reservoir, Spinney Mountain Reservoir e Dream Stream.
Le caratteristiche interne 1900 piedi quadrati con soffitti a volta e grandi pittoresche finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nello spazioso soggiorno. Un camino a gas accento pietra con TV al plasma 50 "sopra, completa lo spazio. La casa è di qualità superiore, con colori caldi e arredi confortevoli. Con il concetto aperto, è abbastanza accogliente per 2, ma abbastanza spazioso per l'intera famiglia. Ti divertirai a cucinare i tuoi pasti nella grande, moderna cucina ben attrezzata o grigliate sul ponte. Godetevi le viste dal ponte a 3 livelli o stargaze dopo una lunga giornata di attività all'aria aperta nella vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone.

Per quanto tempo proprietari di animali domestici ci piacerebbe che tu sia in grado di portare il tuo familiare a 4 zampe lungo. Si prega di comunicare il numero e la razza di cane che si prevede di portare come abbiamo alcune restrizioni e regole di casa che ci permettono di mantenere la nostra casa in forma di zampe.

Manteniamo il vialetto ben innevato in inverno, tuttavia il vialetto ha alcuni saliscendi, quindi consigliamo una 4 ruote motrici per i mesi invernali e primaverili.

We stayed 4 nights at Beaver Lodge and could not have been happier. The house was very clean and the location was just what we were looking for. Secluded but easy to get to. Lots of room both inside and out! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals and even had an assortment of spices and odds and ends in the cabinets. The hot tub was a nice added touch as well. Our kids enjoyed the variety of games and movies provided as well. The beds were comfortable but the pillows left us with a stiff neck. Luckily, the second night we found additional pillows in the closet and those helped! If you sleep with the windows open you can hear the traffic from the highway nearby but that didn’t keep us from sleeping. All the hiking and sightseeing we did wiped us out. The shower gets really hot, which was great! Highly recommend Beaver Lodge!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. My hubby is so picky, but even he said this was the best vaca rental we've ever been to! It was so clean, the windows were gorgeous but they have the tug down blinds to keep the afternoon heat out. There is no AC but opening up the windows to let the air in was heavenly! I loved finding new places to explore with my senior dog. she can't do long hikes, and not everywhere is doggo friendly so this was the perfect arrangement. She loved it too! The wifi worked pretty good too. There is also a little ranch with horses at the bottom of the hill. We loved walking all the way down in the morning to see them! The beds were comfy and we had a great time using the grill which is really clean. There were plenty of spices and condiments too. We had such a great time here and we hope to return again! Definitely no regrets!

Perfection! Wonderful home, EPIC VIEWS, EPIC SUNSETS,peaceful and quiet! This is a MUST stay home! Owner response was great and very helpful. The surround sound is a nice bonus too!! Exploring the property makes you feel as if you own the entire place! Lots to do without ever leaving.

We had a nice quiet stay. enjoyed the hot tub and quiet surrounding, yes we could see Hwy 24 and sometimes hear the trucks but that didn't bother us at all. Easy check in and out. It was worth the stay and I would definitely stay again. Thank you again to the hosts

The property and location are absolutely stunning. Inside the home is clean, comfortable and beyond accommodating! We traveled with a 1.5 year old and were so grateful to discover the hosts provided a baby gate, high chair, and even more child friendly amenities Basically anything you could possibly need was supplied in the house! We absolutely would love to stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Everything was just picture perfect! The snow was just the cherry on top! We loved all of the amenities that it had to offer. It has heated floors! Did i mention it has heated floors! The view from the front windows was just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This location was amazing! Definetly bring chains or have a 4 or all wheel drive vehicle. I cooked most of our meals and they provided everything as far as pots, pans & silverware. Hottub was a bonus. Great house and property

This was our second time staying at this property - for a reason. It's a wonderful cabin, secluded, extremely clean and close to everything we want to do. Kyle is an amazing host - very responsive and attentive. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again. We are creatures of habit so when we find a place that is perfect, there's no need to change! Great job, Kyle!

Beautiful cabin in the mountains. Very clean, well stocked & great location. Plenty of room for our family of 3. Stargazing was incredible out the front door. It was a great home base for exploring Pikes Peak & Colorado Springs.

Overall the house was great! Especially the hot tub 🙂 The entire family was in it every night spending quality time with each other. However the only thing we didn’t like is the traffic noise from the near by highway, which was busy over Labor Day weekend.

The house and property are at the end of a road, mostly private. No others around, but you are looking down on Hwy 24. The house is well kept and had just about anything you might need available. We were looking for some downtime and this was a fantastic place to stay for relaxing.
