    Experience a premium level of comfort in this expansive 2,700-square-foot basement retreat, ideally located in the peaceful Black Forest and directly bordering Fox Run Regional Park. Designed for connection and ease, this home blends forest views with warm interiors and high-end finishes to create a mountain getaway that feels like a true private escape. This unit occupies the entire lower level of a private residence with residents living on the separate floor above. There are no shared interior spaces and you have your own entrance.

    Yes, you have full private access to the entire 2,700-square-foot basement retreat. While there are residents living in the separate unit above, your space is isolated with its own dedicated entrance for total privacy. We simply ask that guests observe Quiet Hours from 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors.



    What is the "No Chore Checkout" exactly?

    It means your vacation ends on a high note! We don't ask you to do laundry, strip beds, or perform typical cleaning chores. Just lock up and drive safe.



    Guest Access:

    🏡 Property Access: You have full private access to the entire 2,700-square-foot basement retreat, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, and the home gym. You also have exclusive use of the private outdoor patio with a grill and seating. While the upper level of the home is separate and occupied by residents, there are no shared interior spaces, and you have a dedicated private entrance.
