She is always friendly and always willing to help. In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable. ”

“We were placed in handicap room due to faulty toilet in our original room. No problem but the pull out bed was a sunk in canoe and we could feel all the springs. Definitely do not recommend ”

“The property is dated, but clean and quite. Julie Ann was so helpful with helping get more pillows. The bathroom door was coming off the hinge, but the bathroom was clean. Easy to check in and efficient. ”

“Room was overall fine, but lightbulbs were burnt out and the door lock didn't work when we arrived. Was told, after struggling with the door, it is a known problem and how to work around. Having arrived so late at night and not being told about this issue when checking in was frustrating. ”

“We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle North – Lynnwood. The location was very convenient for our plans, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was a highlight: good variety, fresh options, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family of three plus a toddler, which we really appreciated. “Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account. Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. “Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the...
