Cute, Cozy, and Convenient, with a fenced back yard and front porch!

Recently restored home with high ceilings and bright, cozy rooms. Located on a quiet brick street just a few blocks south of German Village, you can enjoy catching up on the front porch, or in the fully fenced backyard. The kitchen is well stocked with easy access to the backyard for cookouts. Within 10-15 minutes to Nationwide Children's, Grant, Riverside, OSU, Kemba Live, The Crew Stadium, Blue Jackets Stadium, The Clipper's, Short North, Capital University, etc. EXCELLENT but quiet location!

Nice stay but needs some work

Overall the place is nice and clean and nearby our attractions. A big problem for us though was the main railing going upstairs was severely damaged and falling off the wall. A member of our party was in a foot brace and had a challenging time with the stairs for this reason. The railing is also preventing a bedroom door from closing. From reading other reviews it sounds like this damage has been around for a few weeks. Also, the property manager didn't send any message till the day of check in which I didn't find common and caused some anxiety. They also didn't spell out any check-out procedure until we got an automated message after we had already left which was unfortunate.

Cute, Updated Charm with an old house feel

This was such a cute property. We had a great week visiting friends from when we lived in Columbus. We even got to entertain a couple nights with friends that came over. The house is nicely updated and the bathrooms/kitchen did not disappoint. There was 1 adult, 3 kids and 2 dogs. Plenty of space, strong air conditioner (it was in the 90s the week we visited) and nicely laid out! Thanks for a great experience.

Dry cute, very clean

Property owner did not communicate check in instructions until 2 hours before check in ~ which created a bit of anxiety for me. Most owners on vrbo send 2 or 3 days in advance. There is no hot tub on this property which was the reason we booked it ~ instead of going to a hotel. It was very clean, very cute, and apparently a nice neighborhood, all houses including this one were very upscale and newly renovated, but neighborhood looked sketchy. It is in German village and i do know it’s a nice area. Owner refunded $50 for no hot tub . Cute and clean, but my terms were disappointed.

Cute and cozy home Conveinent to everything

Adorable home. Perfect for a family of 5. We enjoyed a long weekend here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Try Local Cantina down the street for amazing tacos! 🌮
