“Good overall stay. The room was comfortable with two queen beds, check-in was easy, and parking was convenient. The location was close to downtown, the Alamo and the River Walk. One issue: the toilet wasn't flushing properly when we arrived. We were only there one night with an early departure, so we didn't get to report it to the front desk, but it's worth checking for future guests. Otherwise it was a good value for a quick stop in San Antonio.”

“The staff was extremely nice. I apologize that I didn't get her name. she was super nice and explained everything properly to me. We were coming in for my sons Air force graduation. The area was great and we found food places really easy. although we had to park on the street because we chose not to valet we found parking easily every time we came back. We loved the room and the space. I was able to sit at the desk and focus on getting some work done. And last but not least. The beds were...

“I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance.
The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

“On first day, stepped into one of the elevators and turns out it was out of commission . No sign of anything. Gf went to help desk to tell them, had to wait for manager to arrive. Said he was 10 mins away, turns out he was 25mins out and stuck at AT&T. Asked for them to call FD, refused to call them and wanted to wait for him to arrive. Finally gets here, unable to open and FD has to come. After getting out asked what happened and how they could make this better, got two days of free parking. On...

Poca attenzione”
