“Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am. Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected”

“READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH!! All photos of this property are misleading. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 10 years. I came for graduation and didn’t get there until later at night, otherwise I would have immediately bailed. Dirty room, dated and downtrodden, holes in the sheets, no hangers, room smelled like cigarette smoke, shocked they didn’t have bedbugs (to my knowledge). Key card didn’t work initially and had to get a new one. Waited over 20 mins to check-in....

“Our room was in need of an update. The tub had black stains in it, paint was patched. When we came into the room, the dishwasher was running and the bathroom floor was wet, as if the room had just been cleaned, even thoigh we were there an hour after check-in. ”

Processing of that payment was confirmed through PayPal, & Expedia confirmed payment to Home2Suites by Hilton in Champaign IL. However, Home2Suites processed a second payment the day of our check in, through the debit card on our Hilton rewards account. “The room was nice and clean and bigger than expected. I loved that there was a bar downstairs. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the limited parking next to the hotel. The spots along the backside of the building were confusing with all the tow signs. We were not told there was additional parking across the street however I did see a sign said Holiday inn parking.”
