“The property needed landscape maintenance. Exterior trash near front entrance was overflowing Saturday at 10:00 AM. Daytime staff did not speak English and had limited English language understanding.”

“Okay for a quick one night stay near I-95. It’s an older property that could use some updating including the replacement of mattresses.”

“I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected.”

“Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.”

“The first room assigned was unable to get into. The 2nd room the bathroom door barely closed and the tv didn’t work. Called to ask if someone can check the tv I was told a person was coming up and never showed. Smoking ppl all over the property. And random stragglers on the premises.”

“While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️”
