“The staff really makes the stay. All of them are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and wanted. We've stayed multiple times and now some feel like family or old friends!”

“Clean and decent for the price. Biggest issue was a dog barking late at night and it wasn't addressed for a while. Otherwise, I would stay again.”

“Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The place smelled like smoke as soon as you enter. The shower was disgusting. Paint was peeling from the walls. The faucet had a non stop drip….I could go on and on, point is just stay anywhere else.”

“It was not the hotel you showed pictures of - you listed it as having a pool and breakfast. Neither are true. Worst was that this hotel is under almost total reconstruction. The windows are just heavy construction plastic. we had to walk through a cloud of construction dust but it was too late to find another hotel. I am trying to get you to refund one night. Because we left the next morning. We agreed to no refunds BASED ON you booking us into the hotel we were shown.”

“While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️”

“Needs a serious upgrade, we felt like we were at motel 6. Pool was cloudy and bathroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was broken. The room just looked so dingy”

“The customer service was great but the room smelled like cigarettes and was not the cleanest. Carpet was kind of dingy.”

“We left upon arrival. Room smelled of smoke and must. The room was substantially smaller than anticipated - the king bed did not leave much walking space around the perimeter, even for a person of smaller stature such as myself.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“Overall great stay, everything was awesome but definitely felt like room price was pretty outrageous for what it is. Would definitely stay again at a lower rate”
