“Very convenient ”

“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the little details, like the availability of coffee in the room and the modern amenities...

“Quick stay for a soccer tournament. Staff were super. Bedrooms were perfectly comfortable for a night.”

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“The staff was awesome. The Hampton Inn's have definitely changed since I started staying at them years ago. Seemed as though they weren't as comfortable and well maintained. Lots of foot traffic here, could hear the people above you. The bathroom fan didn't work. The wall paper had started peeling from the bathroom wall. Seemed to had been a leak above the shower, had been repaired but could see the square that had been cut out and replaced. Looked like they had ran white duct tape along the...

“I came down after 8:30 there was just a few things left. There were still people coming to eat. They had to refill plates twice & was told they were closing in 5 min”

“a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe.”

“This days inn is cheating with breakfast (on the website- breakfast included. But they did not provide breakfast)”

“I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue.”

“Front Desk gentleman was rude and not helpful at all. Very short answers and was acting irritated when I asked questions ”

“Nous avons été mal reçu par la réceptionniste en poste. L'hôtel venait d'être vendu et elle ne retrouvait pas notre facture qui était déjà payée et ne voulait pas faire les recherches. Heureusement le gérant a fait les démarches nécessaires et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Bon séjour par la suite. P.S. ne payé pas votre séjour d'avance les hôtels changent trop de bannière.”
