“To start with the sign is covered by bushes and can't be read. Room had strange smell. Drawers barely opened and smelled of mothballs. No toiletries. Breakfast was cereal or toast. Cereal looked like it was there for years. Front desk staff were very abrupt.”

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls near the ceiling. We were told when we checked in there were no more rooms available, so we knew we couldn’t ask for a new room. “Property and room were very clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was sufficient with waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy and more. We are a repeat customer and will return.”

“The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.”
