VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses). After 2 hours of seeking help from the host and VRBO Customer Service, we left, did not stay the night. 18...

“Alles Okay ausser bei der Eingangstüre gibt es Luftzug der einen Lärm die ganze Nacht machte. Es ist nicht schlimm kann aber für einige Leute schon störend sein. Sonst alles Okay ”

“Spacious apartment with incredible views and a large outdoor, enclosed, seating area for morning coffee, or to just enjoy the scenery. The location couldn’t be better. Even with luggage and a small child it was an easy walk from the Interlaken West train station. The host was very communicative in all aspects, from check-in/check-out and to helping us figure out the features of this modern apartment. We’d definitely consider this place at the top of the list when visiting the region again.”

“We loved the apartment and also loved that we could store our luggage in a holding room while we explored the town. The apartment was adorable, clean and shops were close by! We also loved our quiet street. It would’ve been nice to have air conditioning, but thankfully the weather cooled down in the evenings.”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und an einem guten Standort gelegen. Leider wurde in der Beschreibung ein Pool erwähnt, vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass damit das kostenpflichtige Hallenbad der Gemeinde gemeint war. Das fanden wir etwas irreführend und sehr schade! In der Küche fehlten einige wichtige Utensilien, beispielsweise eine grosse Bratpfanne und mehr Schöpfbesteck. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre es hilfreich, die Art der Kaffeemaschine in der Beschreibung anzugeben....

“Beautiful apartment!! Very convenient location. Host was very helpful, Even provided water and drinks for us to use along with a gift!!”

“Alina is a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. She met us at the house to go over instructions for an easy checkin. The house is about a 7 minute walk from the train. The bedrooms are big. The view is amazing. Lovely patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. Kitchen has a dishwasher which was a nice surprise and had all the cookware we needed.There are a lot of stairs and the walk from town is uphill. I only mention this in case people have mobility issues.”
