“Things were good. Some areas are in need of repair and touch ups. Saw some mold and paint issues. Breakfast was okay, seemed to just alternate out same items on different days. Had issues with TV not working. The phone in the room did not work at all.”

“The listing for this place is very misleading. The cover photo for the it is several blocks down. The only saving grace for this was it was conveniently located to a lot of things to do. The listing also allows for “pay upon arrival” but they charged me the day after I booked, and attempted to charge me again the day we arrived. Luckily my bank declined the second charge as fraud. When we arrived, I first noticed that the shower curtain had significant discoloration at the bottom that looks...

“I would not stay at Kasa Rino again because the check-in is onerous and inflexible. It does not fit my computer/phone configuration and I suspect that is true for many or most senior citizens.”

“The facility was good for my family to stay for 4 nights. Staff were nice and helping properly except one old white lady who answered my question about the laundry. I asked how much it cost for a load and she answered $2, but right after the amount she said she doesn't have quarters even though I never asked. I felt like she would never try to get quarters from somewhere and would never help guests with that. Otherwise, the facility was good.”

“The Mansion is a wonderful place to stay in if you spend some days in Denver. We enjoyed the city and we enjoyed sleeping there. The position is perfect for visiting Denver on foot. The structure is unique for its rooms, each one furnished with a very nice taste and very clean. We enjoyed very much the chats we had with Carl and Bailey, they are both super nice people and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our trip. “We liked the room and bathroom! They were nice and clean and had plenty of supplies we needed. The food was good because we had several places within the hotel to get food to eat. The staff was very helpful and the parking was very good and safe for car. This was a GREAT place for us to stay!”

“Clean Room and great vibe. However we couldn’t even get into the hotel at first. There was no one there at the front desk and the door was locked upon arrival. Most of the time there is limited staff during the day to help. ”
