“This is my first Holiday Inn property that I have ever experienced dirty floors, hair in the sink and shower, misc areas with spots and crumbs, price tag plastic, and multiple bugs (one live when I opened a hand towel) and floors that haven’t been cleaned in a long time. “Checkin was good, the ladies were friendly. When we came back to the hotel for the night we went to our room. TV didn't work, no cups in the room to drink water, the safety latch didn't work (took video of it). We called down to the front desk NO ANSWER!! Let it ring 45 times NO ANSWER!!! DIRTY BATHROOM!! NO CUPS TO DRINK A GLASS OF WATER!! TV DIDN'T WORK!! YELLOW ROUND STAINS ON THE SHEETS!! SECURITY LATCH ON DOOR DIDN'T LATCH!! CALLED DOWN TO FRONT DESK AND LET IT RING 45-50 TIMES NO ANSWER!!...

“Beds and pillows were mediocre - not the worst, but not comfortable. The power went out from 9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (which is not their fault); however, the hotel did not have generators. I found the lack of a generator a bit strange, especially since the hotel was full of families and seemed to cater to groups, given the suite room offerings. “This is my second time staying at Urban Cowboy Denver and yes I returned for the supportive good vibes and that copper tub! Those did not disappoint!!! The stylish androgynous robes are so southwest, plush, and comfy- had they been for sale I woulda bought one!!
