“We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. “I booked this hotel for the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I do not think people have any idea what it is like to stay in a 4 star hotel, this is not for sure unless it costs. Unacceptable to spend 18 euros for two cafes at the bar ... unacceptable to send a t-shirt to wash and return spotted ... unacceptable not to provide general directions (pool opening times, breakfast times, etc ...) little staff friendliness if not the "usual" smiles of convenience ... poor professionalism ... Room...
