“I booked this hotel for the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I do not think people have any idea what it is like to stay in a 4 star hotel, this is not for sure unless it costs. Unacceptable to spend 18 euros for two cafes at the bar ... unacceptable to send a t-shirt to wash and return spotted ... unacceptable not to provide general directions (pool opening times, breakfast times, etc ...) little staff friendliness if not the "usual" smiles of convenience ... poor professionalism ... “Magnificent and very curated venue, wonderful view and extremely kind and careful staff. ”

“Excellent destination for few chilling days”

“Really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable. Everything was clean. They spoiled us with wine, premium Jeju pork jerky, fine bakery goods. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d stay again!”

“I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

“Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10”

“Good location with clean spacious accomodations”

“Check in was easy, although we arrived early and no one was there so had to walk around for a bit. Parking was fine very easy, no need to check in the car details or pay. Room we had was nice, big bed, pretty view, nice bathroom. However, there was food and drink left in the fridge and they didn’t provide hand soap. Just seemed the cleaners didn’t pay much attention. Gym was pretty good, had plenty of equipment. The massage chairs were however out of use. Coffee shop inside was lovely,...

“All perfect”
