“餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息 餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。 因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。 浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。 備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。 樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。”

Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs. Nice restaurants and convenient store around though most close early. Walking distance to the Akakura Obsen Ski area.”

“I didn’t go to Myoko to sit in a hotel room, so this place was perfect. Comfy beds in a small room. Very dorm room style. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. I had a burger one night that was amazing. Great onsen too. I liked it but don’t think your getting luxury.. ”

“It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. ”

“The hotel is located 15 mins between Myoko and Madarao either way. Excellent location for checking out multiple resorts and scenic view of the lake. Breakfast was consistently good and the set dinner was surprisingly good too. Gotta hand it over to Chris and Maggie who made the stay so memorable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your trip needs—from pick ups/drop offs, restaurant bookings, and tons of recommendations. My group of 6 had a blast”

“柏崎市の花火大会の日に利用しました。 チェックインが０時過ぎそうでしたが、対応も何も問題なくスムーズでした。 駐車場は300円でした。 ホテルの裏手に専用駐車場がありさほど距離も遠くなく良かったと思います。”

“毎年墓参りで似たような時期に利用しています。 新しいので、施設部屋はとても清潔です。お値段もかなり抑えられていて、最低限に抑えたい方には◎です。 が、経費の節減でしょうか。毎年のように宿泊していると色々な変化に気が付きます。 朝食ビュッフェのバリエーションが減っています。（以前は牛乳やデザートや、色々と子供が喜びそうなものがあったのですが） 客室廊下の冷房がOFF 朝食スペースのブラインドなく朝陽が眩しい などです。 でも、これらは価格維持の為の企業努力であり、やむなしです。 多くを期待して宿泊するとがっかりするのかもしれませんが、私は綺麗な部屋にお値打ちに泊まることができてとても満足。”

“Supertrevligt ställe och personal, familjeägt. Ski out, Ski in. Vi var tre personer och fick dela en helt egen stuga med sovplats på loftet. Lite ovanför huvudbyggnaden det vi fick offra var wi-fi, som bara fanns i huvudbyggnaden. Det hade fått plats 10 personer i stugan om man trängts lite. Kyligt inne första kvällen när vi anlände men efter att gasolvärmaren sattes igång blev det behagligt inom några timmar. Goda torkmöjligheter. ”
