“機能美と清潔感に感動！ 心からリラックスできる上質なホテルです。 なんといってもホテル全体に清潔感があふれており、客室はもちろん、通路のトイレに至るまでおしゃれでセンスの良いインテリアで統一されています。 部屋はくつろぎやすい空間があって、座椅子は少し高さがあり立ち座りしやすい形、3人で泊まったのですが洗面台が2つあり朝の準備がスムーズ、すのこにベットマットがそれぞれ乗せてあり、高さもちょうどよく自由に動かせたたりと快適な工夫が詰まっていて本当に気持ちよくと過ごすことが出来ました。 食事のブッフェは、並ぶお料理の種類のバランスが程よく、スタッフの方々の行き届いた笑顔と良心的なサービスに心が温まりました。 お風呂も綺麗に維持されていて、広さも構造も素晴らしかったです。またぜひ泊まりに行きたい、お気に入りのホテルになりました。”

“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

The place is at the top of a mountain with a beautiful scenery. The place is mostly for ski resort, but I used it to go around the area and visit some local attractions.”

“Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus.”
