Eccezionale location,appartamento meraviglioso con vista spettacolare. Conca dei marini è il posto ideale per soggiornare e nello stesso tempi muoversi in costiera. Un grazie particolare a Raffaele,il proprietario, persona di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Consigliatissimo,soprattutto per chi come noi arrivava in auto. A 5 minuti da Amalfi Ritorneremo

Fantastica
La casa è ben arredata e molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. La vista dal balcone è magnifica a qualsiasi ora, dal mattino alla sera, ideale per consumare i pasti in assoluto relax. Ancora migliori sono i proprietari, Raffaele ed Erminia, sempre presenti e disponibili, pronti a trovare consigli e soluzioni a qualsiasi domanda. Ancora grazie per la splendida vacanza che io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato nella vostra casa.

Urlaub in Conca dei Marini April 2024
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem idyllisch gelegenen Ort Conca die Marini verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders ist die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Wir möchten uns auch nochmal ganz herzlich bei Raffaele, für seine freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft, bedanken. Seine Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt an der Amalfiküste waren uns sehr hilfreich. Die Möglichkeit seinen PKW in der Garage abstellen zu können, ist sehr erleichternd, da Parkplätze Mangelware und teuer sind. Insgesamt ist alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Great view and amazing host!
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like a home away from home. Raffaele is a great host and was super kind to show us around the place in the first day and also took us to get some groceries with his car before the supermarket closed as we arrived later than planned. We had a great time and will probably be coming back again.

Great location and wonderful host
The views of the coast and sea from the large,nicely furnished terrace were breathtaking. Conca de Marini itself is a lovely location, quiet and away from the crowds in nearby Amalfi,major hub for various bus and ferry services (served from Conca by local bus - Sitabus service 5080). Restaurants and well stocked mini market are accessible within 15 minutes.walk from the apartment. The spacious apartment was very clean and nicely furnished with all amenities. My host Raffaele is a real gentleman, super helpful with all his tips and very accommodating. Communication was very prompt on phone /whatsapp.

7-star stay with amazing hosts and a terrific location!!
Raffaele and Erminia are the most gracious and accommodating hosts I have met in my 15+ year homestays. I would give them a 7-star rating in every aspect if that was a possibility. Their home anticipates and takes into account every need of the guest and it is extremely well organized, clean, and has an amazing location. The bus stop for going to Amalfi and other places on the coast is right below the home which makes it super convenient if you want to skip driving any day. There is a car park/garage which is only 30-40 meters from the home and large enough to accommodate even a full-sized car (which I was driving). The balcony has amazing views of the entire coast stretching all the way to Salerno and we got to see beautiful sunrise from the balcony. What I loved most was the perfect mattress in the bedroom - after being on the road for almost 3 weeks we finally found a mattress at this home that was perfect for our needs. We also had some special dietary needs and Erminia went out of her way to make sure all our needs were taken care of. If you are looking for a perfect place in Amalfi for a couple then look no further. This one is a gem in every aspect! I canno

Ein Ort zum genießen
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Wanderurlaub in einer wunderschön gelegen und sehr liebevoll ausgestatteten großen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben vor allem die tolle Terrasse mit Fern- und Meerblick genossen. Raffaele ist ein unglaublich höflicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Auch im netten Ort Conca dei Marini hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum wandern und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Amazing Stay
Raffaele was an amazing host. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He was most helpful in explaining how to navigate the area offering various suggestions. The property was absolutely wonder and was described perfectly on the website. It was most comfortable and spacious, the view breathtaking. A Beautiful Place of Relaxation

Terrasse des Glücks
Unser Aufenthalt in der schönen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung hoch über der Amalfi-Küste war ein absoluter Traum! Die phänomenale Aussicht von der Terrasse haben wir jede freie Minute genossen und in uns aufgesaugt. Da möchte man das kleine Häuschen gar nicht mehr verlassen ;) In der regionstypisch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung war alles da, was man auf einer entspannten Reise braucht. Eigentlich fehlt bloß noch eine eigene Zahnbürste ;) Zur Vervollständigung des Glücksgefühls hat auch die vorhandene Garage beigetragen, in der das Auto und die Fahrräder sicher untergestellt werden konnten. An der unter chronischem Platzmangel leidenden, engen Amalfi-Küste ist das Gold wert! Man muss allerdings "gut zu Fuss" sein, weil die Wohnung etwa 50 Meter über der Straße liegt und nur über eine kleine, etwas steilere Treppe erreichbar ist. Aber das sollte in der speziellen, sehr steilen Region eigentlich niemanden überraschen ;) Das schönste von allem war aber die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der beiden Vermieter. Sie haben uns im Vorfeld und nach der Anreise perfekt mit wertvollen Informationen und Tipps versorgt, so dass wir schnell dort "heimisch" werden und unseren Aufenthalt effizient gestalten konnten. Sogar eine kleine Kennenlern-Rundfahrt im Ort Conca hat Raffaelle für uns veranstaltet. So einen VIP-Service mit eigenen lokalen Guides bekommt man nicht alle Tage geboten. Mille grazie! Wir sind rundum glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt dort. Und kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

Extraordinary stay
My partner and I really loved our stay. It was a lovely place and Raffaele and Erminia were perfect hosts. So kind, available and genereous. They showed us around Conca dei Marini, gave us plenty of information to facilitate our travel around Amalfi Coast, and they even drove us in the morning 3 times to Amalfi, when we had booked boats or other things planned. Conclusion to our Italy vacation
My fiancé and I stayed here after taking a cruise that landed us in Rome. Raffaele and Erminia we extremely helpful in helping us understand our transportation options in getting from Rome to their apartment, as well as helping us get back to Rome for our flight. They even arranged the car transfer for us to and from the train station. Anything we needed, mostly directions to various parts of the coast, restaurant recommendations and transportation instructions, they were always there to assist. Location was perfectly situated between Amalfi and Positano and walking distance to several restaurants in Conca dei Marini. We left a few items of clothing by accident, which they have graciously agreed to send back to us. They were great hosts! We would definitely stay here again!

Très bel appartement, nous avons fortement apprécié la propreté du bien, la literie et le linge de maison sont digne d’un hôtel , le garage et la belle vue mer. L’arrêt de bus se trouve en bas de l’appartement pour un accès direct vers Amalfi ou autres , un mini bus est à disposition pour vous rendre à la plage de conca et les alentours du village ce qui a été fort appréciable. nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à Conca loin de l agitation touristique. Outstanding hosts, stunning view
Raffaele and Erminia are outstanding hosts. From sending directions for our drive from Naples, meeting us when we got close to show us the parking and steps to the apartment, to sending suggested routes for our trips out. They could not have been more helpful. The view from the apartment is simply stunning, looking out over a bougainvillea draped balcony to the beautiful blue bay below. A perfect spot for breakfast and dinner (or lunch indeed). Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided by these lovely hosts. There are a LOT of stairs in Conca - 63 from the road to the apartment so be prepared for a good workout!

The best hosts in a beautiful city!
Erminia and Raphael were friendly and extremely helpful. Whether helping with luggage or directions, to offering a ride to Amalfi, they truly went above and beyond. Erminia had fresh eggs from her chickens. Raphael invited us to the restaurant her manages and took amazing care of us. The apartment is well equipped with Italian mocha pot coffee maker which Raphael was kind enough to show me how to use. We visited their cousins cafe a short walk, by the cities standards, for Espresso, fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious pastries. Cabo dei Marini is a gem of a city waiting to be explored. You will “earn” your breakfast, lunch and dinner if you walk and explore. There is an intracity cab that my family took once. It is quite the hike down to the Mediterranean probably 500 feet below with likely more than 500 stairs. Going down isn’t bad but going up you will have a serious workout in. There are 53 steps to the apartment off the street below. So you will need to be able to handle that even if you take buses or the intracity van. I would certainly go back and loved being in the slightly slower town as Positano and Amalfi were much more crowded. Also do yourself a favor and visit Le Bonta del Capo. Chef Fiore is personable. I took his 4-5 cooking course and loved the experience. He made it very fun and informative and you get to eat your hard work with an enjoyable lunch. The couples that I took the class with also took his Limoncello class and enjoyed it.

Perfect in Conca dei Marini
Over the years we have stayed at many VRBOs. And generally those have been good experiences. This VRBO in Conca dei Marini was great. And a huge factor in that was the host, Erminia. We do not speak Italian. We did not have a car. We had not been to the Amalfi coast before. No matter -- Erminia had our backs; everything from driving us to get groceries, to explaining how the local transit works, to providing information and recommendations regarding local restaurants. We can't thank her enough. The apartment is up 64 stairs from the street -- not too bad given that this is the Amalfi coast. Spacious and immaculately clean, the unit works for a couple. The kitchen has the essentials for making breakfast and a light lunch. The mattress in the bedroom is excellent. The patio/veranda is spacious and has a fantastic view of the Amalfi seacoast. One additional thought... Conca dei Marini, like many of the towns on the Amalfi coast is near vertical. If you do not have a car (and the courage to drive it) you might have some transportation challenges. The public bus system (SITA) goes horizonal in this vertical town, i.e. it will take you to Amalfi, but not around Conca dei Marini. So be prepared to explore this neughbourhood on foot -- bearing in mind, as you navigate the maze of stairways, that what goes down must go back up.

Awesome Amalfi Coast stay in Conca dei Marini
Erminia our host was truly fantastic. Our communication was great, the check in easy and the place was wonderful. She couldn’t do enough for us. Provided great advice, was quick to answer any questions and even was kind enough to give us a ride into Amalfi so we could catch the ferry to Capri. Conca is a very quaint little place with amazing views good restaurants and friendly people. It is quite close to lots of sites and only an hour drive to Pompeii. We had a rental car and the garage at this unit was very convenient. Erminia made us feel so welcome that we can’t wait to go back. Best stay with the best host ever!

This was our favorite stay of our entire trip! The spot was clean and felt very home-y. Our host’s sister even picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the end of our trip! I really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and view is beautiful, it really feels like a vacation when you’re here. I would recommend to any of my friends!

The location and views are great. Erminia settled us in, and helped get our rather large SUV into the garage that was included free of charge. The steps are a bit of a challenge, but take your time and it is fine. If you are driving, take your time and you'll be fine. A smaller car would definitely an advantage and less nerve racking!

Quiet friendly town
We loved our stay in Conca Dei Marini ! A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to where ever you want to go ! The two main restaurants nearby the property had amazing food at reasonable prices . The views from our terrace were so beautiful! Our hostess Erminia was very helpful and even drove us to the super market to buy a few things and show us the neighborhood! The people in this village made us feel so welcomed. There is a beautiful beach near the Hotel Belvedere that is three hundred steps but so worth it . Thankyou for a lovely vacation on the Amalfi coast . Mary and Bull Wilson

Breathtaking
You will fall in love with the balcony perched up on the cliff offering with seaside views. Conca dei Marini is well situated: close enough to various spots you’ll want to visit (ferry to Capri, Amalfi itself, Ravello, Positano; Capo di Conca), but further away from the noise and traffic of the larger centres, which offers a more relaxing stay. There is a tabachi and well-stocked grocery store within walking distance, as well as two wonderful restaurants (Trattoria Nino and Bonta di Conca). The apartment itself is very well-appointed with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, and most importantly, you won’t find a more attentive set of hosts in Raffaele and his sister, Erminia who were ready to answer questions and provide support (including some milk when we realized the stores were closed for the holiday on August 15th! :-). You will not be disappointed.

Magnifique et hôte exceptionnelle
Excellent accueil et soutien pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Erminia parle très bien français, répond rapidement à nos interrogations et nous a même conduit à Amalfi à 2 reprises. L’appartement est grand, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin. La vue de la galerie exceptionnelle. Merci beaucoup Erminia et Rafael, ( qui m’avait aidé au moment de réserver) Si vous voulez habitez un peu en dehors des foules très présentes en août, c’est un excellent point de départ central et c’est quand même facile en bus de se rendre où on veut même si ceux ci sont plein à craquer!

Best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast!
My friends and I cannot recommend this property enough. Conca dei Marini is the perfect town to stay in along the coast. It is such a great experience of Italy as it is away from the crowded tourism of Positano and Amalfi, but close enough to take a bus to if you’d like for the day. However, we found that Conca dei Marini was our favorite of them all. The people were friendly, there was a cafe/bar and bus stop a short walk away, beautiful views, and an amazing restaurant that we kept going back to! Additionally, the nearby beach club is the best beach on the coast (we took a boat tour along the coast and saw them all). The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you would need. The best part was that Raffaele and Erminia were amazing! They helped us with transport from Naples, recommendations for the area, showing us the town, made sure we had everything we needed, and even mapped out complete bus routes for us. We could not have made it through our trip without them! They went above and beyond and were both kind and welcoming!

I can say easily this was one of our best stay ever. The apartment is really comfy, the terrace is amazing with view to the sea and the Amalfi Coast, it has everything you need to cook and a washing machine. Conca dei Marini is a nice quiet town, with 2 nice restaurants near the apartment (you can go by walk) and down the coast please visit Capo di Conca (the best beach we went in the Amalfi Coast). Our amazing say wasn't be possible without Raphaël, he waits for us in the bus station in Amalfi, then take the time to explain to us everything in the quick trip to Conca, he was really nice and always answer our question during the stay. Definitely, you should rent this apartment.

The Best Experience in Italy
If you are thinking of coming to the Amalfi Coast, you must book this property. You may be wary about staying in a small town, but it has everything you could possibly need including a great cafe a short walk away and an incredible restaurant just further down the road. We stayed from Thursday-Wednesday and ate in Conca dei Marini 4 nights. We also enjoyed the local beach club on Sunday when the bus schedule was not regular. I forgot to mention the bus stop is very close to the property and makes accessing all of the coast very easy. The property itself is spacious, has all of the essentials and some great amenities in a washer, A/C unit, and a spectacular view of the sea. Our stay was very comfortable. The biggest reason why this experience and property were so special was because of Raffaele and Ereminia. They helped us out so much with suggestions and logistics and were very easy to communicate with. They were also very kind and caring. If we were to have the choice to stay at this property or a hotel in Amalfi, I would choose to stay here. I am already trying to convince my friends to book this property with Raffaele.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Blick
Ein tolles Apartment mit einer großen Terrasse und super schönem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten auch die Garage benutzen, was bei der Parksituation natürlich super war. Die Vermieterin Erminia war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben (bspw. das tolle Restaurant Bonta del Capo im Ort) und es gibt Fahrpläne für Bus- und Capri Fähren. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 5080 befindet sich gleich unterhalb des Apartments, so dass man auch bequem mit dem Bus nach Amalfi fahren kann. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Unglaublich schöne FeWo mit phantastischem Blick und super netten Gastgebern
Die FeWo ist in einem sehr guten, frisch renovierten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Zustand. Alles da, von Weinglas bis Kaffeekocher. Super schöne Terrasse mit einem unbezahlbaren Blick weit über die Küste. Fernseher mit Netflix, gutes WLAN. Die Gastgeber, Raffaele und seine Schwester Erminia, sind unglaublich professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit und dennoch nicht aufdringlich. Es gibt sogar eine Garage für den (Miet-)wagen in unmittelbarer Nähe - in Anbetracht unglaublicher Parkplatz-Preise in der Region Gold wert! Super schön, super gut gelegen, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Orte an der Amalfi-Küste. Danke, Erminia! Es waren sehr schöne Tage!

Great Apartment for two
This property is perfect for two people. It has a great patio with an amazing view of the ocean and coastline. Parking can be a challenge on the Amalfi Coast and this property does offer a garage for parking a small car. There is a sun deck a few steps up with an incredible view of the coast. The host family are amazing people. They helped us get oriented our first morning, shuttled us to the “Path of the Gods” trail head, and just very generous, kindhearted folks. There is a small market and two restaurants within walking distance. La Piazza del Nino is a small family restaurant that offers comfortable plaza seating, and good food at a reasonable price. There are about 30 stairs to the apartment. If you are stairs challenged than this may not be the property for you. But everything on the Amalfi Coast is up and down. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect home base for Amalfi!
Wonderful home base to explore everything the Amalfi Coast has to offer! House was spotless and comfortable, hosts were friendly and helpful! And only 50ish steps to climb to your front door (which is nothing compared to the average of like 100-200!) Thank you, Erminia and Rafaelle, so lovely to meet you 🙂

Dream House
The Amalfi Coast House is located in the small and quiet community of Conca dei Marini on the Amalfi Coast. Conca dei Marini is located between Positano and Amalfi and is very quiet and not crowded with tourists (like us). We had a wonderful week there and would have liked to stay longer. There are two beaches, but they are not easy to reach. One beach is public. On another, sunbeds and umbrellas can be booked for the day. There are some small stores and cozy restaurant within walking distance. Especially Santa Rosa Bar is great for breakfast (they even had gluten free croissants) and only circa 2 minutes walking distance away. The house itself is comfortably decorated and very clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. There are even two TVs and the wifi has a great connection. The terrace with the small table and two sunbeds has a stunning view. There you can spend relaxing hours during the day and late in the evening. Even more breathtaking is the view from the solarium, which belongs to the house. The garage, which can also be used, is a great benefit. Parking is a real problem on the coast. With a scooter you get around much faster, we wouldn't recommend a bicycle due to the steepness. We were only by car but there is also a bus that goes to Amalfi or for example Fiordo de Furore. From Conca dei Marini we could start our excursions without any problems. Also a trip to Pompeii was easily possible by car. A tip for the visit in Positano: the lounge hotel bar "Le petit Murat" is a must. The view of Positano is stunning, as well as the cocktails. The most beautiful thing besides the coast itself were our hosts. Erminia and Raffaele are incredibly generous, helpful and caring hosts who helped us plan our excursions and activities. We have never experienced so much hospitality on a vacation. They had great tips and always took time for us. When we had small technical problems with our car, especially Erminia helped us communicate with the garage and even talked to the technician. Also thanks to her our stay was very special. We always enjoyed our stay and took our hosts to our hearts. Thank you Erminia and Raffaele! We are very happy we could get to know you and hope we'll be able to return or meet someday. Beautiful house with romantic sea view terrace
We spent one week in the "Amalfi Coast House" in July 2021 and enjoyed it very much. The house is located in "Conca dei Marini" which is a very nice town at the Amalfi coast. The town is quite and has a nice tiny beach which enables perfectly to spent some relaxing days over there. A couple of restaurants like "Piazza", "Le Bontà del Capo" or "Baglio Amallfi" with tasty food and beautiful coast view can be reached by walk. Other beautiful towns at the Amalfi coast like Amalfi, Ravello, Positano can be easily reached by car from Conca dei Marini. We also enjoyed visiting the Archeological Park of Pompeji which can be reached in a one-hour drive from the house. The house itself is very nice, clean and has a beautiful terrace with sea view. It is also advantageous that the house comprises a garage for car parking as parking on the roads at the Amalfi coast can be very expensive and complicated for non-residents. Our host Raffaele is a very kind person who also gave as great recommendations for things to visit during our holiday at the Amalfi coast. We really appreciated his hospitality and enjoyed our stay at the coast house!
