“Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy!”
