“We loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful (friendly and helpful). We really enjoyed our suite. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the b’fast staff was very attentive.”

“Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that the pool was open until 11:30 but hot tub was broken and we were hoping to use that. Free breakfast was great with lots of options! Room was clean but some areas in the hallways had a bad odor. Would stay again!”

“We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.”

The only complaint I have about our room was the clicking the thermostat would make every time the AC kicked on or off. Great location to Great American Ballpark. Within walking distance of the Levee for food. Parking garage well-maintained and lit.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”
