“Room 204, the bathroom needs completely redone. Otherwise our stay would have been excellent.”

“Room had crushed chips on floor by bed. Air conditioner worked great, but made a loud whistling sound when running.”

“The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. ”

However, the added value of the hotel comes from the staff who are always available and make you feel cared for and looked after. The attention of the staff to the safety of the guest and the respect of the rules of prevention for COVID is remarkable. Compliments.”

“Room 417 smelled like stool. We alerted the front desk, and they walked back to our room with us and agreed it smelled like bowel. Left us to spray and said they were full and could not change our room. ”

“This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2...
