“We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that the pool was open until 11:30 but hot tub was broken and we were hoping to use that. Free breakfast was great with lots of options! Room was clean but some areas in the hallways had a bad odor. Would stay again!”

“It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.”

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

“The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our...

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
