“The staff was friendly but the pool did not open until 4:00 p.m.. the rooms were okay except for the bathroom door which was hard to close and open. Plus the light over the sink did not work”

“Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.”

“Very affordable place to stay but, attracts a lot of arrogant neighbors. They have no respect for other people above, next you, or below you. Last night from 7 pm on June 22, 2026 to 6 am on June 23, 2026 I had the worst night at a hotel ever in my life. The people above me were arguing and throwing things and stomping on the floor the entire night into the morning. Cops came but didn’t do anything. Front desk staff said they would be removing them but it never actually happened. I had to call...

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our...
