“The beakfast was fresh, A/C worked fine........unfortunately there was a period of about 4 hours w/o water. I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. “Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the accommodations were excellent (my room have a full fridge, dish washer, microwave, stove and cabinets with silverware and dish ware). The breakfast was included and good every morning, and they even had a free pizza night to appreciate the costumers! Excellent and at a very god price!”
