“Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. “Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.”

“The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. Expedia kept calling me several times probably 12 times total. and two times at 12:30 in the morning, after I was in the room and asleep. The person I got...

“Property in disrepair”

“Someone had been smoking in the room that was supposed to be non-smoking. The air conditioner did not work adequately. The smoke detector was torn off the wall and on a table, no stopper in the sink, no plastic cups in the room, no napkins at the breakfast. The staff was cleaning the lobby well in the morning. There was adequate parking. We were able to check in a little before midnight after arriving late in the area.”

“Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”
