“Vecchio sporco bagno indecente”

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”

“Non ci sono parole e voi di HOTELS.COM non dovreste nemmeno lavorare con strutture del genere. Portarotoli staccati dal muro, condizionatori diveñit, sporcizia dovunque ed una breakfast room da accampamento con Max 2 muffino a persona permesso completano lo schifo del posto. Sono cliente vostro da anni e toglietevi questo tipo di associato. Grazie ”

“We have a river view room and definitely worth the extra money. And there are good dining options nearby. We brought our 21lb dog and was given a little welcome gift with collapsible water bowl and treats at check in. I brought fresh food for my dog and needed to keep the food cold but our original smart fridge did not work properly so they replaced our mini fridge with a different one and worked out realty well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Everything was great, especially the location. We had a view of the ice rink and were able to walk to Paycor stadium to watch the Bengals game. We also went to the Flight club and played electronic dart games. It was so much fun and right next to the hotel. ”

“We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, and we all felt at home. The place is clean, well built and beautiful. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and seems very happy with their jobs which makes The overall aura of the Hotel splendid! The restaurants inside the Hotel served delicious and tasty food that we didn’t even thought of trying new food places around the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone! ”
