“The 2 bedroom was amazing, however the bed was not good very hard seemed old”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”

“Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

“Breakfast was awesome. Staff was great. Mold in the window sills of our room. Check in was at 4:00pm but our room wasn't ready until 7:00pm due to the hotel letting people have a late check out that morning. They did comp our parking for the inconvenience, but we still had an exhausted 1 yr old ready for bed when we finally got to our room :( ”

“The pool it is much smaller as it shows in the web site. Shallow depth and chlorine was quite stinging your eyes. Everything else was good.”

“When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. Perfectly located for ballgames and the staff is top notch ”
