“The 2 bedroom was amazing, however the bed was not good very hard seemed old”

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”

“The staff was very nice, the room was spacious, and accommodating for the amount of people, none of the phones worked in the room and there were 3. Weren’t many pool towels, and there was hair in the pool all 3 days we were there. The bar area didn’t open until 5 all weekend. ”

“Our room was filthy. Housekeeping needs retraining or a performance improvement plan. I’m being very kind. ”

“The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Carpets are gross and sticky in the rooms. I saw some mold accumulating in the shower. Staff was extremely attentive and kind, but overall would not recommend nor stay again. ”

“Clean bed, no bugs. Very dusty room. Some of the toiletries were already opened and used (lotion). We requested a couple extra pillows during the night and it took 7 hours to get them. Breakfast was good but expensive.”

“Room 417 smelled like stool. We alerted the front desk, and they walked back to our room with us and agreed it smelled like bowel. Left us to spray and said they were full and could not change our room. ”

“Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! ”
