“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe. ”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“Came from Detroit to attend a ball game. Picked this hotel due to location near the stadium and figured it would ease parking due to staying at hotel. Parking was extremely difficult as they didn’t have enough spaces for their guests. Told us they were full due to the game. Drove around for an hour trying to find parking, which ended making us late for the game. Room was clean, great location, horrible parking.”

“Personal del front desk amable. Limpieza pésima. Llegamos en viernes tarde y la limpieza estaba a medias, botes basura encima de mesas y baño, sin aguas de cortesía. Salimos y al regreso estaba igual. Al otro día salimos muy temprano y al regresar nadie acudió a limpiar. Cama sin tender, y baño mojado sin limpiar. Botes de con basura. Se reportó y argumentaron q no había personal sin hacer nada. Dijeron q iban a poner un reporte y se comunicarían conmigo ya pasó una semana y nadie se ha...

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”
