“The staff was nice. The hotel and rooms are very outdated. The rooms and hallways have a musty smell which means the carpet need to be changed out. The pictures on the website are deceiving ”

“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“The breakfast was excellent I'm glad it was every day in the morning. It was very good and the lady who set it up was very nice. Everybody was very nice that worked there I believe. I just feel that maybe it's not in a great safe area due to the people that are out and about. But it is located close to the heritage Bank center which I needed and that was great and the Amtrak station”

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

“Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! ”

“When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. Perfectly located for ballgames and the staff is top notch ”
