“Great Hotel. The location was great, front desk person was so kind and helpful which was nice as we had a late checkin. The room was nice. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Fantastic breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Hotel is clean however service is poor. Air conditioner cannot change the direction of fan, you cannot sit in front the table as the fan is blowing to you. It is bad. Not good to stay.”

“All in all, the hotel was nice. What I didn’t like was how thin the walls and floors were. We couldn’t sleep until around 12:30am even though we had to travel the next day and went to bed at 10pm. There were people above us stomping on the floor every time they got off the bed to walk. The room next to us had people in and out every 10 minutes and very loud talking. “Very clean hotel and very nice staff”

“Strengths: Everything was clean and comfortable. Opportunities: Add body wash in the shower instead of hand wash. Also, I don't feel like the $10/day parking fee is justified. Especially since it's an open parking lot, no security or garage parking.”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”
