“I recently stayed at an IHG Avid hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. During our five-day stay, our room was never serviced. Upon arrival, there was a soap scum ring left on the shower ledge, and due to the lack of housekeeping, we ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to maintain basic cleanliness.
