Hotel vicino a Connecticut Children's Museum - New Haven

“The hotel is very nice and so are the rooms but there is no room service, no breakfast and no coffee machine in the room. ”

“Struttura in centro, con vicino parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi dall universitá. Non ho usufruito della colazione”

“Struttura centrale con arredi a tema Yale. Stanza e bagno molto puliti e ampi. Personale molto gentile e cafè interno perfetto per la colazione (nota di merito al caffè espresso!).”

“The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it...

“Very nice room/small apartment. Hotel new and very good condition. Easy access from interstate and with a huge parking. Negative point is the absolute missing of restaurant near the hotel.”

“Hotel molto pulito, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Stanza pulita e bagno grande. Colazione molto varia e abbondante.”

“The TV didn't work, the wifi was in and out, property basic upkeep was deficient including plugs, lighting fixtures pulling from wall. The shouwer handle also pulled out from the fixture which a simple tightening of a set screw would have solved.”

“The property is in an alley behind some dilapidated buildings it felt very unsafe. The room was small , with nowhere to sit but on the bed. The security was a joke anyone could get into the room easily. They had a free breakfast listed which consisted of waffles , some bread and coffee or tea.”

“Breakfast was mediocre, rooms looked like red roof, nothing compared to what’s advertised & obviously a high theft area. Cameras outside weren’t plugged in and no one was able to assist me”
