“Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

“The rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen was okay. The staff were really welcoming . Coles and woolies just 8min away from the property.”

“Nothing really special about this place... The mattress was not comfortable at all could feel the Springs On my body and The made noise when you moved.. terrible night sleep.. People singing and drunk till late..”

“For budget accommodation it was quite adequate, roomy and clean. The lady at reception was very friendly, she supplied us with extra plates, cutlery etc. without prompting. If we stay in Toowoomba again, we would be happy to return here”

“I had a wonderful stay at Clifford Gardens motor inn. The bed was comfy,the shower was hot and Fiona was truly delightful and always helpful. I highly recommend anyone to stay there.”

“Great parking but only problem is the room isnt sound proof so unfortunately heard next room quiet noisy but fortunately we were there only at night to sleep and was already tired. Other than that staff were great”
