Soggiorno a 5 Stelle a Contursi Terme
Proprietà bella, ben tenuta ed ordinata. Casa grande, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Il proprietario in particolare è stato molto cordiale e dispoibile, sia nel riceverci che nel dare indicazioni sulla zona. Ogni mattina viene a pulire la piscina ed a portare via i rifiuti (cosa non da poco!), A richiesta è anche disponibile a fare la pizza (la cucina è dotata di un forno a legna!); noi abbiamo "sruttato" (in senso buono) questo gesto di ospitalità passando una piacevolissima serata. Personalmente consiglio senza alcun dubbio questa proprietà per passare una vacanza immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, ma vicino ad una zona che offre tantissimo da vedere (Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Pompei ed in generale tutta la costiera Amalfitana che non ha certo bisogno di presentazioni!)

Soggiorno fantastico
La villa è addirittura più bella di come si presenta nelle foto. Circondata da boschi e campagne con alberi di fichi, pere... Lontana 4 km dal centro abitato di Contursi terme. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in completo relax e tranquillità.

Splendida vacanza
La proprietà è bellissima e molto curata. Splendida la piscina ed utilissimo il campo da tennis (sia per chi intende divertirsi e per chi intende allenarsi in totale tranquillità). Una menzione particolare la merita il padrone di casa, il Sig. Salvatore, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni qualsivoglia tipo di problematica. Eccezionali le pizze preparate con il forno a legna dallo stesso nel rispetto della normativa anti Covid. Infine un plauso particolare alla sua discrezione nelle operazioni di pulizia quotidiana della bellissima piscina. Noi ci torneremo!!

Accoglienza meravigliosa in una luogo curato con una bellissima vista sulla campagna
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bella casa: due famiglie di amici, con 5 figli, da 8 a 14 anni. Salvatore ci accolto con grande gentilezza e si è occupato di noi con discrezione. la piscina grande e molto ben curata è stata grandemente sfruttata, così come il campo da tennis. Da lì abbiamo fatto gite a Paestum, Pompei, Napoli. Consigliamo assolutamente!

Wohlfühloase in absoluter Ruhe
Eigentlich ist den vielen positiven Bewertungen kaum etwas hinzuzufügen - wir haben die Zeit in der Villetta sehr genossen. Haus, Gartenbereich und Pool sind absolut sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden und an die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine gewöhnt man sich. Der gepflegte Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, optimal ausgestattet mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, sodass man jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen findet - am Gartentisch, im Rasen unter einem der vielen Bäume oder in der Hängematte. Der Pool ist ein Traum - groß und - dank Salvatore's täglicher Reinigung - strahlend sauber (trotz stürmischer Tage und Nächte, die auch schon mal viel Laub mit sich brachten - Respekt!). Der Tennis-Hartplatz ist optimal, um hin und wieder eine Runde zu spielen. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer wieder gefreut, in diese schöne und ruhige Umgebung zurückzukommen. Salvatore ist ein unglaublich freundlicher, zuverlässiger und hilfsbereiter, jedoch äußerst diskreter Gastgeber. Der kleine Austausch oder ein kurzes "Buongiorno" morgens (falls wir schon wach waren) am Pool während der Reinigung waren immer herzlich und ungezwungen - danke, Salvatore, für deine sehr deutliche und langsame italienische Aussprache! :) Und vielen Dank auch für das leckere Olivenöl! Wir empfehlen die Villetta Italia besten Gewissens weiter!

Peaceful, relaxing base to explore the Sorrento peninsula
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool was magnificent. large and very clean thanks to Salvatore's early morning visits every day. The kitchen was also huge and easy to use. The highlight was Salvatore cooking delicious pizza's using the woodfired oven. The mozzarella was from the nearby cows, whose bells, we could hear gently as they passed by. We struggled to leave this wonderful setting, but did enjoy trips to Paestum, Herculaneum, Vietri Sul Mare, Pompeii, Vesuvius (Book online before you go up!), Naples and Sorrento. There was so much to do! We would strongly recommend this villa, Salvatore is so helpful. Thank you for the delicious home made olive oil. We hope to return again soon!

Very good stay
Very good villa with fantastic views around. Swimming pool and tennis court are perfect. A great chance to visit the region of Salerno-Eboli, not overcrowded by tourists, with warm and clean sea - however, with a possibility to go to Costa Amalfitana by making sea boat trips from Salerno. Many thanks to Salvatore for his welcome. Recommended.

Très bel endroit et très bien entretenu
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Salvatore. Il est adorable et très disponible. On a passé 2 semaines fantastiques et inoubliables. La villa est très retirée de tout mais quel bonheur ce calme. La piscine est très grande et magnifique. Seul petit bémol : les sièges piscine pourraient être plus confortables. A part cela, tout est parfait 👌

Fantastic stay
The property was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Outside the barbecue area was perfect and ideally positioned. Air conditioning worked and beds comfortable. Garden and pool area we could not fault. Probably the best pool we have ever had with Silvano preparing it every day for our use. Loved the tennis court and we spent time in the evenings having a few games. Silvano did pizzas mid week which was an absolute treat. We all thought we knew what we were doing but it was quite humbling to see an expert at work. Up there amongst the many highlights of the holiday. Lovely area and you will find everything you need in the local town. If you want peace, tranquility and nothing but bird song and cow bells then this is the place to go.

Herrlich!
Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Salvatore hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Alles war sehr sauber, das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Und natürlich war die Pizza die ,beste aller Zeiten’:-)) Jetzt werden wir italienisch lernen, damit wir uns beim nächsten Besuch besser verständigen können. (Zum Glück spricht Salvatore französisch). Excellent villa!
We stayed in Salvatore’s villa for one week. What a wonderful break! The villa itself is immaculate, with everything you could need. All comforts including air conditioning, an amazing private pool, tennis courts and even a wood fired pizza oven in the kitchen where Salvatore made us the most delicious pizzas one evening. We stayed as two families with children ranging from 1-13 and they all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The villa is in a remote area and therefore very peaceful. Lots to do in the not too distant area (the Greek temples in Paestum must not be missed!) and not far from the Amalfi coast. Salvatore is an excellent host, communication is swift and he is very discreet whilst you are at the villa (he cleans the pool every morning) Would definitely recommend this villa!

Simply wonderful!!
Not sure what else I can add that hasn’t already been shared with the other reviews! That said, if you’re looking for a place away from the crowds - private and peaceful, with an awesome swimming pool just for you - then this is it! The house is well stocked for self catering with a supermarket just 10 mins up the road. Everything just works - showers, aircon, the kitchen, WiFi- everything! Salvatore is a super host who lives over the way and, with a little help from Google translate and a basic knowledge of football, is committed to being as helpful as he can. Oh - and you MUST reserve a night for pizza with Salvatore! Wow!

Great villa
The villa is set in the hills and is accessed by winding, steep tracks but worth it as extremely quiet and a beautiful setting with lovely views. Coast is 40 minutes drive, Pompeii an hour and caves 30 minutes. Would highly recommend a boat trip up the Amalfi coast as we had an amazing day out. Not a tourist area so you can experience local restaurants and life. Nearest supermarket is small, and offers the basics so we just stopped at a larger one on way back from Pompeii. Brilliant local patisserie about 10 minutes away and lovely local restaurants all needing a car. Villa and swimming pool were great, with everything you need . Host cleaned pool daily and helpfully dealt with all our rubbish and recycling. He also made us amazing pizzas on one evening .. a real treat. Great villa if you are looking for a quiet location in rural Italy but close to the coast and Pompeii. Would recommend a visit.

Wohlfühl- Oase
Wir sind sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen worden und wir fühlten uns vom Gastgeber ausgezeichnet umsorgt. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und kleine Anliegen wurden sofort und sehr zuvorkommend erfüllt. Der Gastgeber ist äusserst präsent, er verhält sich jedoch sehr dezent und sehr freundlich. Die Pizza bereitet er mit viel Liebe zu. Es war die feinste Pizza während unserem Aufenthalt in Italien! Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, der Umschwung ist sehr gepflegt und der Tennisplatz ist in gutem Zustand. Es hat unzählige Strände, welche ideal für Kinder sind. Der feine Sand und der Zugang ins Wasser ist fantastisch. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Danke Salvatore für deine Gastfreundschaft! Wir waren zu zweit mit 2 Hunden in dem Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und es ist alles nötige vorhanden, die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nach einer steilen (aber absolut machbaren, auch mit dem Fahrrad) Anfahrt ist man absolut abgeschieden und nur von Natur umgeben. Das Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, im hinteren Bereich ist es nur von einem Elektro-Weidezaun umgeben, wer Hunde hat, die gerne stiften gehen sollte also aufpassen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Lovely peaceful property
The villa is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and in a superb setting. Communication with Salvatore, the owner, was fine despite our mutual lack of each others language. A highlight was when he made all our party delicious pizzas in the on site oven. Pool was wonderful and the children loved it, all in all a great stay. If I had one downside it is the property is quite remote and it's a good 10 minute drive to Contursi terme village.

Peaceful and Relaxing
Stayed for 10 nights after a busy tour of Campania vineyards. We were fortunate to stay at the villa during a hot spell and made full use of the fantastic pool. Views from the garden are great and apart from Salvatore just down the track the villa feels very peaceful and isolated. 10 mins drive from the autoroute and about 1h20 to Naples airport. Aircon is efficient in the bedrooms, if you need it, but thanks to the bug screens on the windows and balcony we mostly used the mountain air. Beds are hard but surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The lower floor is a combined kitchen and sitting room while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. The floors are linked by 2 sets of stairs, both outside - not sure if its a local design feature but you soon adjust. Can't remember any problems and would consider a return visit so must have been good!

Peaceful location
We had a lovely week staying in the house. It is out of the way, but only a short distance to the motorway and the town of Contursi Terme. We had sunny but crisp weather in the middle of April and enjoyed the tennis court very much. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped and we enjoyed an open fire each evening. The breeze would make it a very comfortable place to visit in Summer when the huge pool would be very welcome. The house is somewhere to enjoy self catering. The outside kitchen/barbecue and covered dining area by the pool would be wonderful and the garden is very spacious.

Tolles und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen.
Wir waren mit der Familie und unseren beiden Kinder 12 und 15 Jahre,für eine Woche dort. Insgesamt waren wir mit 8 Personen im Haus,das war in Ordnung. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, ist total abgelegen also kein Lärm oder Stress. Der Pool und die Laube sind herausragend und bieten Gelegenheit sich zu entspannen. Salvatore der Inhaber ist ein super Gastgeber, seine Pizza die er im hauseigenen Ofen macht ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen Suuuper! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Eisdielen gibt es in Contursi ca. 10 min zu fahren. Wir werden unseren Urlaub gerne wieder bei Salvatore verbringen. Ist mit gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen. Peter

If you find yourself nearby Contursi Terme, do yourself a favor and stay at this place. Beautiful garden, big swimming pool, a tennis court and an amazing view. Salvatore was very helpful and his homemade pizza's were delicious. I would highly recommend staying with Salvatore!

Wonderful stay with pool and tennis
We visited the beautiful Villa Italia with 4 adults and 4 kids between 7-12 years. The villa was clean and in good condition, with large kitchen downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed private pool, tennis court, barbeque and dinners outside. One evening our host Salvatore cooked pizza for us in the pizza oven! We made day trips to Amalfi coast (boating), local winery (Tenuta Macellaro) and waterpark. Perfect stay on the Italian country side!

Traumhaftes Haus in den Bergen
Wir haben in diesem unseren spontanen Corona Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt wirklich wunderschön und total einsam. Nebendran wird ein Haus gebaut allerdings ist dieses auch noch weit entfernt. Der pool und der Aussenbereich sind einfach traumhaft. Das Anwesen wird von Salvatore sehr sehr gut gepflegt. Morgens wird der Pool von Salvatore gereinigt aber man bekommt es nicht mit da er morgens kommt und wirklich sehr leise ist. Eines unserer highlights war als Salvatore uns Pizza gemacht hat, wir können sagen es war mit Abstand die beste Pizza im Urlaub. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist das es manchmal etwas windig wird, wir haben uns dann aber einfach einen Drachen gekauft und den Wind ausgenutzt :). Die Betten sind leider etwas durchgelesen Sodas wir anfangs etwas Probleme hatten mit dem schlafen, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen, die Aussicht ist einfach unbeschreiblich in den Bergen. Vielen Dank salvatore

Grazie per la recensione devo comunque dirvi che è partita una ristrutturazione completa di tutta la zona notte (letti compresi). Sarà realizzato un'altro bagno, cambiati i pavimenti, gli infissi e istallato impianto di climatizzazione. Lavoriamo per cercare di offrirvi una vacanza la più speciale possibile. Week in Contursi Terme
Salvatore was a great host. Despite not sharing a language he was really quick to reply to emails and the handover was very straightforward - as was handing back at the end. The house is lovely. It's spacious and well equipped. There are excellent views over the countryside and it's in a very tranquil setting. It goes without saying that a car is essential to anybody thinking of staying here. We visited all the usual sites, Pompeii and Vesuvius are a bit of a hike - but the closest beach is surprisingly close, and the start of the Amalfi coastline is also not far. It’s slightly outside the main tourist area but very accessible, and there are local attractions – for example the village of Quaglietta (castle), and the Ponte Tibertano at Laviano (dramatic bridge) were both highlights. Happy to recommend!

Ihana paikka!
Aivan mahtava paikka! Lomailimme kahden perheen voimin talolla syyskuussa. Talon avaimet haettiin Contursi Termen keskustasta jossa omistajalla on jätskibaari. Salvatore tarjosi tervetulojäätelöt ja vei talolle. Talo oli kuvien mukainen ja siisti. Omistaja tuli joka aamu kymmeneltä puhdistamaan uima-altaan joka oli yllättävän iso. Talo sijaitsee erillään kylästä eli kylään pitää erikseen mennä. Siellä on pari pientä ruokakauppaa mutta niiden aukioloon ei kannata luottaa. Isommat kaupat on n. 15-20min. päässä talolta, esim. Ebolissa.

Beautiful house and grounds and a lovely host
Our family of 5 stayed here on the last week of June 2019. We found this house to be a great holiday rental in the countryside about 2 mile from the lovely town of Contursi Terme with its small shops and supermarkets for your provisions. We loved the large swimming pool in which we enjoyed many hours, especially our 8 year old. It was cleaned daily by the owner Salvatore and it became a refreshing escape from the heat of the sunny days. The property grounds were gated and we felt very secure staying here. Great facilities included a full size floodlit tennis court with many tennis rackets and balls to use. We loved having a family knock about in the cooler evenings finished of with a welcome dip in the pool. The outdoor bbq was also a good size and was used a lot for our evening meals. Inside the house the kitchen was large and well equipped with everything you could need including a lot basic condiments, olive oil, vinegars etc. The bedrooms were on the upper floor and were all good size with lots of clean bedding and also a numerous amount of clean towels for the bathrooms. A good base to visit the beaches near Salerno, the ruins at Pompeii and further to the beautiful scenery on the Amalfi coast. Although driving the roads around that coast was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat. We also enjoyed the short strolls down the lanes near the house taking in the local nature and wonderful views across to the picturesque mountain ranges. Although we had an atrocious level of spoken Italian and Salvatore spoke little English, we got our messages across ok and managed to learn some new Italian phrases and words. I have to say overall we enjoyed our experience at Salvatore's house and would love to come back again very soon.

Wonderful holiday villa
This is a lovely villa in a wonderful location up in the hills near Contursi Terme. The property itself was great, a large well equipped kitchen, lovely big outdoor space to sit in, 3 showers and a huge pool. There are stunning views of the mountains from the property and there was nothing better than lying in the pool taking in the views. Because it is in the hills, there is often a lovely breeze when sitting outside in the hot sun. I think it is important to point out that Salvatore does not live in the property, he lives in a house on the same road, I don't think that was completely clear from the description. This means that you have total privacy but he is available if needed for any queries so a very good situation. No properties overlooking the back of the property at all where the pool, garden and seating area is so very private indeed. Salvatore is lovely and friendly but also very discreet. He comes round once a day in the morning to clean the pool but apart from that leaves you to enjoy the house in private. The wireless internet in the property is very good and very reliable which was a very pleasant surprise. We used the house as a base to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum and found it ideal. About an hour drive from each which suited us fine as we wanted somewhere nice and rural but within touching distance of various places. Only 40 mins to Salerno as well which was a nice place to visit. Would recommend getting the Travel Mar boat from Salerno to Amalfi which was only 8 Euros and was a stunning trip along the coast. Contursi Terme itself is a 10 minute drive away and is a very nice little town which has a nice vibe in the evenings, not too busy but busy enough to feel good to be there. All in all, it was a great property in a great location and I would definitely recommend it if you are visiting this stuning region of Italy. Thank you for having us Salavatore.

A relaxing oasis
We had a lovely stay here in a great location. Very isolated and quiet at the end of a long steep track. Stunning views with superb outdoor facilities. Wonderful large pool and it’s own private floodlit tennis court. Very simple interior but we spent most of our time outside. We were able to visit a number of sites from here, including Pompeii, the caves of castelcivita and the amalfi coast. Our host Salvatore was very friendly and helpful, coming every day to clean the pool!

Wonderful villa with breathtaking scenery and great host
The villa in Contursi Terme was wonderful, actually more stunning then the photos. This is a great location for a relaxed holiday. We are a family of 4, 2 boys including a teenager. The scenery was breathtaking as well, beautiful Italian peaks. The villa is well equipped and extremely clean and well kept, the grounds are immaculate with everything you need and even more. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen and dining area are huge. The pool was really big and my boys just loved the diving board, it was cleaned every day. The tennis courts were fantastic and we used them loads as they are floodlit at night. There are rackets and tennis balls galore as well so no need to buy anything. The tennis courts are very close to the villa, so you could even watch from the balcony. The wifi is extremely good which was a god send for a 14 year old and 10 year old. The host Salvatore is extremely gracious and was available at any time if we needed him. Communication was excellent. The area is very secluded but if you have a car the town is only a 10 minute drive away and can be seen on the hill from the villa. Contursi terme is beautiful, everything you need is there and the pizza is the best I've ever tasted, my kids couldn't get enough and the ice cream from Bar Mario was superb. Salvatore serves the best ice cream and coffee and provided us with lots of treats for free, extremely kind. For trips out, we visited Pompeii, which was about 50 minutes in the car, this is well worth a visit and is a stunning place with Vesuvius looming in the background. We also went to Herculaneum, about 1 hour in the car and again really glad we went. One last trip was a boat ride along the Amalfi coast from Salerno. Salerno was only about 25 minutes from the villa and we stopped for the day at Positano. Everything and more as the Amalfi coast is beautiful. Our flights from the U.K. went into Naples which was just over an hour from the villa by car, we hired a car from Avis just outside the airport. All in all we had a wonderful holiday, lots to do at the villa, lots in the surrounding area, but super relaxing. Highly recommend.

Relaxed stay in beautiful surroundings
The location of the Villa overlooking the mountains combined with a large well maintained pool and tennis courts was outstanding. Salvatore was a fabulous host cleaning the pool every day and even buying the ice creams on arrival.

Salvatore was a great host and very helpful. Treated us all to ice cream and cleaned the pool every day. We stayed for a week and spent a lot of time at the property because it was such a great place for our kids. Tennis court, pool and various sport and pool toys/equipment were there to keep them entertained. Felt very secluded and private.

Fantastisches Haus - perfekter Urlaub abseits der Küste
Wir (zwei Familien, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) waren im Juli 2017 hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Villa ist perfekt hat genügend Platz und bietet alles, was man benötigt (außer vielleicht einen Geschirrspüler). Der Vermieter Salvatore kommt jeden morgen um den Pool zu reinigen, ist freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll war der Pizzaabend mit Salvatore als Pizzaiolo mit dem Holzofen in vollem Einsatz und dazu Geschichten aus dem Leben in Kampanien (aber nur auf italienisch) - Grazie per le pizze!. Der Pool ist riesig, beim Sprungbrett richtig tief und erfrischend und perfekt gepflegt, wie der gesamte Außenbereich und Garten. Der Tennisplatz ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber bestens ausreichend für eine Runde Freizeittennis. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass die beiden Stockwerke (Schlafzimmer und Bad oben - riesige Küche, Bad und Garage unten) getrennt und nur über die Treppe von außen verbunden sind. Was aber wiederum auch absolut seine Vorteile hat. Zum Einkaufen muss man auf die andere Talseite nach Contursi Terme wo es in kleinen Läden alles nötige gibt, 5 bis 10 Minuten Fahrt. Die nächsten Einwohner sind weit weg, alles eingezäunt und keine Störenfriede. Weder Hunde noch Insekten oder sonst was. Als wir dort waren gab es nicht mal Mücken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!
