“This is such a wonderful hotel, in a picturesque location, from the warm welcome by staff to the spotless, modern room, to the luxury spa amenities and the fabulous breakfast. This is my third time here and there will certainly be a 4th, 5th and 6th etc!”

“What a beautiful property so perfect in every aspect, breakfast at the Eskimo Arms Inn across the street was great. Location was amazing just park the car and everything including the castle is at your door step. Our only mistake was only booking one night!”

“Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .”

“2nd time visiting this hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. Forgot to ask what air fresheners they use. We stayed in room 108. Room was spacious, and bathroom amazing. We had a round bath which was huge and walk in shower. The views from room are amazing. We never had breakfast but did have dinner one night and food was gorgeous, definitely eat there...

“Fun stay right on the promenade. The room was clean and cozy. Great for 2 people for a night or two but probably a bit small for a longer visit. Friendly staff.”
