“Great location, lovely ambience, helpful staff”

“We went to this hotel for a wind down and get away from it all. We didn't use the spa, but we didn't need to. From the moment we arrived we left everything going on back home behind bus, and have returned today totally refreshed and ready to go again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay and we had an amazing time. The cottage is gorgeous and is in a brilliant location for doing things. The only downside to the location is that it was quite noisy at night time and we did not sleep very well. There were hairs in one of the twin beds that our little one was staying in, didn’t check the other but noticed them when we were putting him to bed so would bring that up with cleaners. “Struttura decisamente vecchiotta da ristrutturare (vedi mouquette strappata cosi come le poltrone della camera o nelle aree comuni) I letti e relativa biancheria erano ok e puliti. Va bene per una notte. Il giudizio generale è ,malgrado tutto, positivo per la superba vista sulla baia dalla camera.”

“A very calming place to stay, with views over open fields and hills, with really helpful staff and possibly the best breakfast I've had in a hotel in a long time. I would recommend the Groes Inn near Conwy to anyone travelling in the area.”
