“We love staying here for our family of four. The kids have their own bunk bed, cool night lights, and drumroll their own bathroom! We love the living room furniture and high ceilings. Most of all the kitchen we were can make steak and lobster and port. We dance in the kitchen and play games. Always a memory maker when we come here! Can’t wait to come back!”

“We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . “Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night.”

“Great place other than understanding of accessibility rooms. Booked a specific type of room with bathroom bars for my spouse who has limited mobility due to Parkinson's. Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. “Everything was pretty nice but I was bummed to see there was no soap provided in the room. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great. “When we first got there we honestly enjoyed what we saw we came for the pool for my sons birthday. The pool was beautiful the outside area has an amazing fireplace and a fountain it has many shoting streams and a waterfall its heated. We ended up there on a chiller day out luck and it was still to cold for me but my son loved it and the room was awsoml”

“My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. “We arrived late and were very cranky. I believe the young lady behind the counter was Alexis. She was absolutely incredible and patient. There was trouble with the system checking us in and she made sure we got to our room anyway. She also recommended us to go to a bar, sing it or wing it. We had so much fun and met the Chattanooga lookout baseball team! We’re from Canada and that was by far the best night we had in the USA!
