“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“Room was clean and ready to go! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Parking lot is a bit small but there was a wedding the next day hosted at the place so there was alot of cars but nothing crazy.”

“The owner and staff are very friendly. I loved my room. The hotel has beautiful views right on the lake, great food, and an amazing location just a three minute walk to the Hall of Fame and surrounding town with cool shops and great bars and restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Property is in great proximity to Cooperstown Allstar Village. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property could use a little updating, especially in rooms. It was a little musty.”
